Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which Woovly receives returned goods.
The refund will be initiated on the account/UPI details used by you while making the purchase of the item on Woovly.
